Customer service

Tasks to be performed within the Customer Service Office:

* provide information to citizens' questions during the Mayor's Office's working hours, and make forms and forms available to citizens if necessary;
* help with filling in various forms and forms if requested by customers;
* keep a record of the lost property found and ensure that it is handled and released;
* informs the public about the functioning of the Assembly;
* manage and monitor timely action on notifications, suggestions and complaints of public interest;
* contributes to the provision of information and advice to customers throughout the Office;
* if necessary, take a record of the customer's complaint or public interest report;
* receives applications and petitions and forwards them to the Registry;

 

Half-time opening hours of the customer service:

Hétfő: 13 -16 óra között

Kedd: ügyfélfogadás szünetel

Szerda: 8 -12 óra között, ill. 13-17 óra között

Csütörtök: ügyfélfogadás szünetel

Péntek: 8 -12 óra között
